    Michael Paynter

    Expert Legal and Industrial Relations Advisor

    As Peregrine Industrial’s legal advisor, Michael is qualified in law and economics and has over 30 years practical experience in industry and Industrial Advocacy. He is renowned for his excellent legal and interpretative skills on a range of industrial relations, workplace and human resource issues. His proven ability to communicate and perform in a senior management role within large companies, senior trade union, government and industry representatives and associations gives Peregrine its competitive advantage.

  • Peter Robinson

    Peter Robinson

    Safety Advisor

    Peter is Peregrine’s professional, experienced safety consultant for construction, heavy engineering, and rail infrastructure. Peter commenced working with Peregrine Industrial for the 2013 Formula 1Australian Grand Prix after working on power station maintenance shutdowns. He ‘wrote the book’ about policy development and diligent on-site safety surveillance. He is meticulous in the preparation of analytical management reports, Safety Audits & Risk Surveys, OHS Reviews with focus on construction and event safety. Peter is also an experienced small business OHS consultant and understands the issues facing small business operators. Peter is also qualified in OHS System Auditing and Training and Assessment. Peter is university qualified in OHS and is a member of the Safety Institute of Australia.

    Cassie Chadwick

    Registered Safety Practitioner (Aust)

    A dedicated Workplace Safety professional committed to delivering flexible, thoughtful, Workplace Safety solutions specific to business needs by following sound Workplace Safety principles.

    Cassie is an excellent Workplace Safety coach who mentors and enables businesses to achieve continuous improvement, incident and injury reduction and safety programs reaching above and beyond compliance.

    Cassie has previously managed the safety programs for a national labour hire provider. She managed the internal and external safety culture of the business to ensure engagement with the safety message at all levels of the business.

    Cassie has tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety and, is an internationally accredited auditor in Safety and Environment Management systems and is a member of the Safety Institute of Australia.

Geoff Thomas

Geoff has over 30 years executive and senior-level management experience as a human resources and safety manager.  He has strong building and construction safety experience and generalist human resources experience with proven success in occupational health and safety management and leadership, employee/industrial relations, training and development and organisational development and change management.

Geoff has worked for many years with tier-one contractors over his career, including, Thiess, Probuild and Leightons as Human Resources Manager and Safety Manager. During his career he also had a period of 6 years as the Director for the Construction and Utilities Division of WorkSafe.

Geoff has tertiary qualifications in Business and Health and Safety, along with numerous building and construction industry qualifications.
